No, club members do not have to conclude new contracts. Those currently concluded remain binding.

Yes, the passes will remain active and no further action is required.

Yes, the existing cards will continue to operate without change in the clubs that operated under the Smart Gym brand.

In addition to this, for Well Fitness clubbers, the Well Fitness app and the QR code generated in it will be the standard way to enter the club - in all rebranded clubs.

Payment collections will invariably be made in the same way - according to the existing payment schedule.

The first collections of payments will take place in the first week of June 2026 and may take several days. Subsequent collections will follow the standard schedule.

From 1.06.2026 the pass will be able to be suspended in accordance with the regulations by contacting support@wellfitness.pl or the club reception.

Yes- the period and status of the suspension remain unchanged.

No, the financial conditions of your członkship will not change until the end of your current pass.

If you have a Smart Gym club pass - not only do you retain the use of existing Smart Gym clubs for the duration of this pass, but you also gain the use of all other Well Fitness clubs (excluding premium locations).

Such a pass will give you access to over 90 clubs nationwide, most of them open 24/7 - more locations, more options and full flexibility to train wherever you are. 💚

Yes, the debt remains current and is subject to the standard debt collection procedure.

Of course! After the rebranding, you will still be able to enjoy all group activities for the price of a pass.

Enrolment for classes taking place from 1 June 2026 will be available from 1 June 2026.Enrolment will be through:

• Well Fitness app available for iOS and Android,
• Well Fitness customer portal,
• club reception.

We do not plan to honour new/other sports packages. After the rebranding, we will continue to honour Medicover Sport packages.

The administrator of your personal data, if you are a Club Member of the clubs listed in section 1, from 30 April 2026 is Well Fitness sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Długosza 74, 51-162 Wrocław.

We process your personal data for purposes relating to the conclusion and performance of the contract, enabling you to use our services, deal with requests, complaints, assert and defend against claims. We also process them for regulatory purposes in the financial and accounting area. Your data may also be processed in connection with the operation of monitoring. If you have given us your consent, we may process your data for the purposes of training, competitions, contests, as well as for marketing purposes.

Therefore, you have the right to access, rectify, update, transfer your data. Depending on the legal basis of the processing, you may also have the right to object to the processing, to withdraw your consent and/or to delete your data, to restrict its processing. In the event of any irregularities in the processing of your data, you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.

If, on the other hand, you purchase a pass or other services at other Well Fitness clubs than those listed in para. 1, the Administrator of your data may be other entities - depending on which entity operates the club in question. These entities may co-manage your data in order to enable you to use all the clubs in the Well Fitness network. Details can be found at wellfitness.co.uk/spoladministrators.

Your payment card details are stored, as before, by the payment intermediary ESPAGO. Only the last four digits of your payment card, the name of the owner and the expiry date of the card are stored in our system.

If you have two active passes - one at Well Fitness and the other at Smart Gym - please email us at support@wellfitness.pl.

Our team will review your situation and may, for example, terminate a pass that is less favourable in your opinion, so that you can benefit from the best solution available.
