The services of the Well Fitness gym can be used by:
-
persons adults (18+) - without additional formalities,
-
persons of age 14 to 17 years - with the consent of the legal representative (parent or legal guardian).
Strength training for minors - what are the rules?
Young people aged 14-17 can use the club, but only after a formal condition has been met:
Consent from a parent or guardian must be given in person at the club's reception before the first visit. A document alone is not enough - the presence of a guardian is mandatory at the club when registering.
Without meeting this requirement, minors cannot use the gym - even if they have an active pass or account.
Why train as a teenager?
Regular exercise at an early age:
-
improve posture and shape the figure,
-
develop healthy exercise habits,
-
teaches regularity, self-discipline and taking care of one's own body,
-
help prevent future postural defects.
Well-planned training for young people is not just about dumbbells and machines - it is also about education in technique, safety and the culture of strength training.
