A new Well Fitness club is set to open soon in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, located at 67 Na Laski Street (05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki). The total floor area of the facility is 1,690 m², of which approximately 148 m² is dedicated to a separate fitness studio. The space will be designed with complete comfort and a versatile training experience for people of all fitness levels in mind. The club will offer extensive facilities divided into functional zones:

  • Free Weights: a space for versatile and traditional strength training.
  • Insulated Machines: a safe environment for the precise shaping of specific muscle groups.
  • Cardio: state-of-the-art equipment for building strength, improving fitness and burning calories.
  • Functional Zone: a space designed for circuit training, fitness training and general physical development.
  • Fitness Room (approx. 148 m²): a spacious, separate area designed for a variety of group activities.
  • Stretching: an area for relaxation, stretching and working on mobility and flexibility.
  • Chill Zone: a relaxation area where you can recharge your batteries after an intense workout.
  • Eleiko Zone: Top-of-the-range professional equipment designed for demanding strength training.
  • HYROX Zone: a specialised area designed for functional strength and endurance training.
