How do I book a place?

If you are a club member of Well Fitness:

  1. Log in to your account on the mobile app or on the website wellfitness.co.uk.
  2. Under Shopping pay a one-time pass for a Pilates class on the reformer (£59).
  3. Book your place - via the app or the website, as with other group classes.

If you are not a Well Fitness club member:

First visit:

  • Head to the reception of a club offering pilates on reformers.
  • A member of the reception staff will set up a club member account for you.
  • Pay: £59 (classes) + £39 (club entry) = £98.

Subsequent visits:

  • Pay the entrance fee for the classes under Shopping in the mobile app or on the website.
  • Book your place via the app or the website.
  • Before the class, pay the entrance fee at the reception (£39).

How do you prepare for pilates on reformers?

Pilates on the reformer is a workout where comfort and freedom of movement are paramount. All you have to do is remember a few little things:

  • Wear comfortable, fitted sportswear - you will feel at ease and the coach will correct your alignment more easily.
  • Leave your jewellery at home - nothing will get in the way or snag on the equipment.
  • Wear non-slip socks - will provide stability and confidence in every movement.
