If you are at this point, it means that you are just starting your adventure in the gym! We are delighted that you have joined our community. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced athlete, you will find everything you need to achieve your objectives.

Remember that progression takes time and commitment!
Listen to your body, set realistic goals and don't forget to rest. If you have any questions about equipment or your training plan, our trainers are always ready to help you.

First steps in the gym - how do you prepare for your first workout?

Pack:

  • Phone - you want to enter the Club have it at hand! Download the Well Fitness app, generate a QR cock and scan it on the reader.
  • Comfortable and functional sportswear - Choose sportswear that is lightweight, breathable and guarantees freedom of movement.
  • Sports footwear - comfortable shoes are essential! For cardio training, choose footwear with more cushioning, while for strength training, make sure you have a stable posture and ground feel - shoes with flat soles are a good choice.
  • Bottle of water - Drink before, during and after training. The most convenient option is a subscription Well Hydrated - for as little as £25 per month. You will purchase it at the club's reception. This will give you constant access to water and low-calorie drinks, and proper hydration will guarantee you a safe and effective workout.
  • Padlock - lockers in Well Fitness are lockable with a padlock with an individual code - you can purchase one. at the Club Reception.

  1. Download the application Well Fitness.
  2. Log in using the email address you provided when registering your account.
  3. Open the Application and select the Tile My QR code.
  4. Scan the QR code on the gate and enjoy your workout!

The golden rules of gym use

1. PUT THE EQUIPMENT AWAY

Do you have the strength to pick it up? Great! Then you're sure to find the strength to put it down too. Dumbbells, barbells, plates - everything has its place, so put it back there after your workout.

2. USE A TOWEL

Nobody likes to sit in a puddle of sweat - that's a fact. That's why you should always have a towel with you and put it on the equipment you use. It's as simple as that, and it will make training more enjoyable for everyone!

3. CHANGE SHOES AND CLOTHING

It is not only a question of hygiene, but also of safety. Mud on the floor and training in the wrong shoes? Quick way to injury or slipping. Always have sportswear and a change of shoes with you.

4. STORE ITEMS IN A PADLOCKED CABINET

Keep your personal belongings in a lockable locker for tidiness and safety. Only take the most necessary accessories to the training room, such as a towel, bottle or phone. This will avoid losing things and make you and others more comfortable during.

To sum up: respect the equipment, other people and the space around you. Then training will be pure pleasure!

CONSULTATION WITH THE TRAINER

Free coaching consultation

Receive personalised support to improve the quality, efficiency and safety of your training. Personal trainer will first interview you and complete a consultation questionnaire, and then you will move on to the practical part, which includes:

  • body composition measurements,
  • fitness tests
  • and initial training tailored to your capabilities.

Finally, you will agree together individual training goalswhich will allow you to develop effectively and achieve your desired results. This will ensure that your training is not only effective but also fully tailored to your needs.

How do I sign up for a consultation with a Personal Trainer?

Follow three simple steps:

  1. Open the application Well Fitness.
  2. Go to the training tab.
  3. Make an appointment consultation with selected Personal trainer.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase of membership.

WELL START beginners' programme

With your membership you gain access to our free the WELL START training cycle - unique concept Created for those who are just getting on the road to better form. Explore all the areas of the club under the guidance of a personal trainer, in an intimate group (up to 6 people). You will receive professional support, individual guidance and improved exercise technique to help you take off with confidence and commitment.

How do I sign up for the WELL START programme?

Follow three simple steps:

  1. Open the application Well Fitness.
  2. Go to the Club of your choice and the schedule of available activities.
  3. Sign up for Well Start classes!

Body composition analysis

Analysis on the device InBody is the measurement of our body components such as:

  • muscle mass,
  • fat mass,
  • bone mass,
  • and water weight.

Monitoring them regularly can help to maintain health, avoid diseases associated with excessive weight or obesity and improve overall wellbeing and appearance.

The price of membership includes the use of InBody machines up to twice a month.

To do so, report to the Club Member Supervisor during reception opening hours.

Group activities included in the price of the pass

It's a great opportunity to try different forms of training - from relaxed strengthening classes to intense calorie-burning activities. This makes it easy to find an activity that suits your needs and fitness level.

How do I sign up for group classes?

You will do this in four simple steps:

  1. Open the application Well Fitness.
  2. Find a bookmark "Fitness schedule.
  3. Choose your location.
  4. Sign up for the fitness classes of your choice!

If you change your mind or cannot make it for any reason, cancel your booking - you can do this up to 2h before the class so that someone else can use your place.

Hydration - WELL HYDRATED

Well Hydrated is a machine that gives you access to a constant refill of water and low-calorie drinks in a variety of flavours. Use it yourself using the QR code you generate in the app.

How to use the machine?

Three simple steps are enough:

  1. Place the bottle under the dispenser.
  2. Generate a QR code in the app and scan it on the reader.
  3. Personalise your drink - choose the type, volume, temperature and intensity of flavour.

How much does a subscription cost and how do I activate it?

You can purchase a subscription at any time on your Club Member account and at the Club Reception.

Well Hydrated is available in two versions:

  • Self-renewable - see the app or the Club Reception for details,
  • prepaid - check availability and conditions in the application.
