Club member!

Using our services, you can attend any of the Well Fitness Clubs scattered around the country. No matter where you are at any given time, the Well Fitness Clubs are open to you. We provide you with, among other things:

  • one standard of service,
  • ability to make purchases, settlements,
  • possibility of submitting documents, statements,
  • Allowing you to update, correct your data,
  • conclusion and termination of contracts,

on a uniform basis in each of our Clubs.

In order to be able to do this, the entities that operate the Clubs under the Well Fitness brand co-manage your personal data, as well as the personal data of your parents/legal guardians in the case of underage Club Members, contained in our databases in the Perfect Gym Manager system, on the basis of a concluded agreement, pursuant to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation, or RODO.

 

An up-to-date list of operators, running Well Fitness Clubs:

These entities process your data for the sole purpose of providing a service and are obliged to secure it effectively.

  1. Why did I receive the message about co-administration?

It is for information purposes only. The obligation to inform you about the co-management of your personal data is imposed on us by the General Data Protection Regulation, the popular RODO. In order to act in accordance with the applicable regulations, we are providing you with detailed content on data co-management.

  1. Do I need to take any steps after receiving it?

The other rules regarding your use of our Clubs have not changed; you do not need to take any additional action.

  1. Is co-management of my data necessary?

Until now, if you wanted to use a Well Fitness Club run by an entity other than the one with which you signed a contract, this was possible - but in a limited way. You could not declare a suspension of your contract at such a Club, or pay an outstanding payment, you had to refer to the parent Club. We have now lifted this restriction, for the convenience of our Club members. For this purpose, co-administration was essential for us to introduce.

  1. Does the co-management of my data include all processing purposes related to entering into a contract with one of the Well Fitness brand entities?

No. Co-administration only covers the Club Member's data collected in the Perfect Gym Manager system and concerns processing related to the operation of their account, providing them with the possibility of uniform use of our services regardless of their location. It does not include other, other purposes of processing that the above entities carry out on their own, such as promotion of their activities, marketing, accounting and tax settlements or the assertion or defence of claims. You continue to remain a Customer of the entity with which you have entered into an agreement, regardless of which entities currently operate under the Well Fitness brand.
