Your club McFIT Now it’s Well Fitness and Just GYM

McFIT clubs in Poland have joined two leading chains: Well Fitness and Just GYM, offering new solutions and services. The exceptions are the McFIT Katowice club (permanently closed on 31 January 2026) and McFIT Łódź (permanently closed on 30 June 2026).

No, you do not have to conclude a new agreement. Those, currently concluded, remain binding.

Your pass remains invariably active, no further action is required.

We process your personal data for purposes relating to the conclusion and performance of the contract, enabling you to use our services, deal with requests, complaints, assert and defend against claims. If you have given us your consent, we may process your data for the purposes of training, competitions, contests, as well as for marketing purposes.

Accordingly, you have the right to access, rectify, update and transfer your data. Depending on the legal basis for processing, you may also have the right to object to the processing, withdraw your consent and/or have your data erased, or restrict its processing. Should any irregularities be found in the processing of your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Detailed information regarding the processing of your data and how to exercise your rights can be found at the club’s premises and at the Well Fitness website, and we will notify you by email of any significant changes regarding the processing of your data.

Payment collections will invariably be made in the same way - according to the existing payment schedule.

Yes, you can suspend your czł account in accordance with the suspension rules set out in Well Fitness Club Member Terms and Conditions.

The period of suspension of Clients' membership has not changed. Their membership will continue to remain suspended.

Yes, the price of your membership has not changed and will not change until your current pass ends.

Yes, your debt is still current and subject to the debt collection procedure.

From 1 July 2025 you should only log in to the new Well Fitness customer portal, which is available at: https://wellfitness.perfectgym.com/ClientPortal2/#/Login

Payment card details are stored, as before, by the payment intermediary ESPAGO.

No, the opening hours remain the same.

Yes, you can take fitness classes without change. However, from 1 July 2025, sign-ups can be made via the Well Fitness app, the Well Fitness customer portal or the Well Fitness club reception.

The existing membership cards continue to function, as a rule, however, for new club members (i.e. customers who have already concluded contracts after 1 July 2025), the primary way to enter the club is via the Well Fitness app and the QR code generated therein.

It is possible to obtain a physical membership card (entrance card) for an additional fee in accordance with the price list on the https://wellfitness.pl/cennik.
