Check out the free Well Start programme - designed for people who are starting out in the gym or want to get back into activity in a safe and structured way. It will also work well for those who are already exercising but want to learn more about their abilities and improve performance in key fitness areas.

Through Well Start classes, you will see your progress and consciously plan your next steps - either by training on your own or by choosing to work with a Personal trainer.

How does Well Start work?

Well Start is a 4-week programme, who guides you through your training step by step - from your first consultation to real results. Initially, you meet with a trainer who helps determine your level and starting point. You then take part in 4 small group classes where you work on key elements of fitness. Afterwards, we check your results to see what has changed and how your body has responded to the training.
