Yes, the existing cards will continue to operate unchanged in clubs that operated under the Fitness Platinium brand. 

For new Well Fitness clubbers (i.e. those who signed up on or after 1 April 2026), the standard entry method will be the Well Fitness app and the QR code generated in it - in all rebranded clubs. 

Payment collections will invariably be made in the same way - according to the existing payment schedule.  

The first collection of payments will start from 4 April 2026, thereafter according to the standard schedule. 

Yes, zhe calls shall be made in accordance with the rules laid down in the Rules of Procedure Fitness Platinium, in line with the previous brand and contract. 

Yes- othe end and status of the suspension remain unchanged. 

No, the financial conditions of your członkship will not change until the end of your current pass. 

If you have a pass with access to all Fitness Platinium clubs - you retain the use of all Well Fitness clubs (excluding premium locations). 

If your pass includes access to one location - you can still train at your club without any changes. 

However, we have prepared a unique opportunity for you! You can extend your one-club pass to include access to all Well Fitness clubs (excluding premium locations).

Such a pass will give you access to over 90 clubs nationwide, most of them open 24/7 - more locations, more options and full flexibility to train wherever you are. 💚

Enrolment for classes taking place from 1 April 2026 will be available from 1 April 2026.Enrolment will be through: 

• Well Fitness app,  
• Well Fitness customer portal,  
• club reception.  

From 1 April, schedules will include a greater variety of formats and Well Fitness' flagship classes. More classes = more opportunities for you. 💚

From 1 April 2026, we will provide a new portal for logging into the customer portal Well Fitness. 

We do not plan to honour new/other sports packages. After the rebranding, we will continue to honour Medicover Sport packages.

The administrator of your personal data, if you are a club member of the clubs listed in section 1, remains for the moment Smart Platinium sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Długosza 74, 51-162 Wrocław. 

We process your personal data for purposes relating to the conclusion and performance of the contract, enabling you to use our services, deal with requests, complaints, assert and defend against claims. We also process them for regulatory purposes in the financial and accounting area. Your data may also be processed in connection with the operation of monitoring. If you have given us your consent, we may process your data for the purposes of training, competitions, contests, as well as for marketing purposes. 

Therefore, you have the right to access, rectify, update, transfer your data. Depending on the legal basis of the processing, you may also have the right to object to the processing, to withdraw your consent and/or to delete your data, to restrict its processing. In the event of any irregularities in the processing of your data, you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority. 

If, on the other hand, you purchase a pass or other services in other Well Fitness clubs than those listed in para. 1, the administrators of your personal data will be Well Fitness sp. z o.o. and Elford sp. z o.o. operating these clubs. 

Your payment card details are stored, as before, by the payment intermediary ESPAGO. Only the last four digits of your payment card, the name of the owner and the expiry date of the card are stored in our system. 

If you have two active passes - one at Well Fitness and the other at Fitness Platinium - please contact us by email at support@wellfitness.pl. 

Our team will review your situation and terminate the less favourable pass so that you can benefit from the best solution available.
