Well Start is a series of classes that teach you how to use the gym in a way that is effective and tailored to your goals. Each of the four training sessions takes place in another area of the club: functional, strength, cardio and stretching & mobility. Under the guidance of a personal trainer, you will learn correct technique, discover the possibilities of equipment and build your confidence in the gym.
