Our services can be used by adults (18+) without additional formalities. We also welcome persons between the ages of 14 (completed) and 17 - in their case the consent of the legal representative (parent or legal guardian) is required. In the case of persons under the age of 18, the consent of the legal representative is required to conclude the członkow contract. In addition, a personal visit by the Parent or Legal Guardian to the club is required when setting up the pass. We would also like to inform you that persons under the age of 14 are not allowed to become Well Fitness Club Members.

  • If you are an adult, you can conclude a członkostwo contract online by logging into the Customer Portal: https://wellfitness.perfectgym.pl/ClientPortal2.
  • Minors are welcome to come to the reception desk of the Well Fitness Club together with their legal representative, who must agree to the contract.

To sign the członkship Agreement, you will need: a photo ID and a payment card.

Your first training session is free of charge, provided you come to the club together with an active club member. You are welcome during reception opening hours with an identity card.

We offer two main członkship models:
Flexible subscription model - renews automatically and provides a fixed, predictable price.
Fixed-term prepaid passes - prepaid and expiring automatically at the end of the term.
Additionally, you can choose the type of access: 24/7 Pass (full access anytime) or Night Pass (a cheaper option for those training in the evening and at night).

This is a club of a higher standard. In addition to the gym and fitness centre, it provides unlimited access to the Spa & Wellness area in OVO Wrocław, including the swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi.

Entry to the Well Fitness club is via the Well Fitness app, where a personalised QR code is generated to open the gate. Enter via the customer portal: https://wellfitness.perfectgym.pl/ClientPortal2/ and log in. Then download the Well Fitness app (AppStore/Google Play). It is also possible to make a physical entry card according to the price list: https://wellfitness.pl/cennik

It is your command centre. It allows you to: generate a QR code for entry, sign up for fitness (including Well Start), check the current number of people in the club, select a personal trainer and manage your subscription.

Lockers are padlocked. You can bring your own or buy a new one from the club reception. This is the safest system as only you have the key to your locker. You should bring clean sports shoes, workout clothes, a towel and a padlock to training.

You can log in to your profile in two ways: via the website https://wellfitness.pl (click the „man” icon) or via the Well Fitness app. Your login details are the email address you provided during registration and your password (if you don't remember it, use the „forgot password” option).

You can pay for your pass by logging into your Club Member Portal and going to: Profile → Payments.

To update your personal data, please send instructions to: support@wellfitness.pl (enter your customer number). You can change the payment card yourself in the Customer Portal under Profile → Payment settings.

Most group classes (e.g. Be Healthy, Pilates, Healthy Spine) are completely free with each active pass. The exception is specialised training on machines - Pilates on reformers (extra charge). All activities >>

You can sign up for classes via the Well Fitness app or the Well Fitness customer portal.

This is a free programme for beginners. It includes a 4-week series of small group workouts (up to 6 people) during which you will learn the cardio, strength, functional and stretching zones. Enrolment is accepted via the Well Fitness app - find the class labelled „Well Start”.

Please cancel at least 2 hours before the start time. If you are absent twice without cancelling within 7 days you will be blocked from signing up for 14 days. In this way, we ensure that places are available for people who want to actively enjoy the classes.

You have 30 days from signing the contract to do so. Enrolment takes place via the Well Fitness mobile app. The consultation includes an interview, body composition analysis and fitness testing.

Yes, you can work with sports and physiotherapy experts at any of our clubs. We offer 1:1 coaching, pair training, medical consultations and ready-made training and diet plans for 30 days.

You can purchase a Well Hydrated pass online by logging into your Customer Portal. Go to: Profile → Contract details → Add additional contract.

This is our unlimited hydration system (water, low-calorie drinks). Simply place the bottle under the dispenser and scan the QR code from the app. You can personalise your drink: choose the flavour, the temperature. More information >>

You can check the current price of your Well Hydrated subscription by logging into your Customer Portal, under: Profile → Contract details → Add additional contract.

Yes, but these cards are only honoured in 9 selected locations (Rumia, Starogard Gd., Gdynia Dąbrowa, Ciechanów, Elbląg, Lębork, Wejherowo, Siedlce, Słupsk) and can only be used during reception opening hours. More information >>

Yes! Medicover Sport allows you to enter the system 24/7. You open the gates yourself using the QR code in the Medicover Sport app. On your first visit, a reception staff member will need to add your package to the system, allowing you to sign up for classes on the Well Fitness app.

MediClub is a programme that gives access to additional benefits when purchasing sports and health services. Among other things, Członers can benefit from special offers and additional discounts on selected services.

In accordance with the requirements of the OCCP, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. You can send your declaration by post or e-mail to the address of the Club of your choice.

The notice period depends on your pass. You can terminate in person at the Club reception or by email (from the address assigned to your account, giving your name and date of birth). List of clubs

Of course! If you need to take a break, you can use the option to suspend your członking (in writing at Reception or by email). The rules depend on the type of your pass. List of clubs

Yes, it is possible to cede a pass (details at reception). If you leave something at the club, please report to the reception desk of the location concerned. Please note that the club is not responsible for items left unattended, but all found items go to the lost and found office.
