The Management Board of Elford sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000765146, hereby announces, by making it available to the public, that on 23 April 2026 a Merger Plan of Elford sp. z o.o. and Well Fitness sp. z o.o., a company with its registered office in Wrocław, Poland, was agreed, adopted and signed. Therefore, in accordance with the contents of art. 500 §2 and §2¹ of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, the Management Board makes the adopted Plan of Merger available to the public, free of charge, via this website, indicating at the same time that it will be available continuously until the date of completion of the Shareholders' Meeting adopting a resolution on the merger of the above-mentioned companies.
