No, you do not have to sign a new contract.
4. Who is the controller of my personal data?
The administrator of your personal data is invariably Well Fitness Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Długosza 74, 51-162 Wrocław. Your personal data is processed for purposes related to the conclusion and performance of the contract, enabling you to use our services, to handle requests, complaints, to assert and defend against claims. We also process them for purposes arising from regulations in the financial and accounting area. Your data may also be processed in connection with the operation of monitoring. If you have given us your consent, we may process your data for the purposes of training, competitions, contests, as well as for marketing purposes.
Therefore, you have the right to access, rectify, update, transfer your data. Depending on the legal basis of the processing, you may also have the right to object to the processing, to withdraw your consent and/or to delete your data, to restrict its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if any irregularities are found in the processing of your data. 6. I no longer want to train at your club, how can I terminate my contract?
A club member may terminate the contract in person at the Club reception desk or by e-mail sent to the address of the Club concerned. The e-mail should contain the following details: name, surname, date of birth, name of the parent club. The termination becomes effective on the day the message is received by the Club.
7. How long is the notice period for my pass?
This is dependent on the membership you use.
8. Can I suspend my pass?
Yes, you can suspend your pass in accordance with the rules set out in the Well Fitness Terms and Conditions.
9. Will I keep the old price of my membership?
Yes, the price of your membership will not change until your current pass ends.
10. is my debt still valid?
Yes, your debt is still current and subject to the debt collection procedure.
11. Can I continue to take fitness classes? Are there enrolments?
Yes, you can take fitness classes without change. Enrolment can be done via the Well Fitness app.
12. will the club remain in the same location?
Yes, the club will remain in the same location.
13. I have suspended my Premium pass, will it remain suspended?
The period of suspension of your membership has not changed. Your membership will continue to remain suspended.
14. I bought a pass in the promotional offer, what about the price of my pass in the following months? Will the promotion still apply?
Yes, the promotion still applies.
15. I would like to receive an invoice for the last 3 months, how can I get it?
Contact the club reception in person or by email.
16. Can I log on to my existing customer portal?

To suspend your membership, you must make such a request at the club's reception or by email to your club's address.

Payment card details are stored, as before, by the payment intermediary ESPAGO.

Yes, you can attend the club with your Medicover Sport card.
20. I have purchased personal training at a premium club, will I still be able to do it?
Yes, you will invariably be able to carry out the personal training you have purchased.
21. from when will it be possible for new club members to purchase a pass at Well Fitness?
The sale of Well Fitness passes will be launched on the day of the rebranding, i.e. 27 May 2025.
